Test suite!

Meteor has all sorts of fancy new features to facilitate testing. There is also Travis continuous integration support.

It would be great if we had a test suite for the blackboard, even just a basic one.

I've started working on this. Can people enable Travis for repos they're a collaborator on, or do they have to be an owner? (In which case @cjb would have to do it.)
