Subnet support

Added support for IPv6 (Subnet support for civogo is pending, hence testing is incomplete)

All this depends, from the api, so we need to wait until we can tested, I will try to test with kubefake, but also still depends on the api to test locally

Yes, subnet support for civogo is pending because of API itself. We'll wait unless it's done.
