Add config to prevent installing mutually exclusive apps

Installing mutually exclusive apps through civo marketplace should be prevented. Like in the case if you are configuring multiple ingress controllers (traefik, haproxy, nginx ...) on your civo cluster.

There should a config in every civo marketplace app to determine mutual exclusiveness.
