Do not pre-select traefik in marketplace after the cluster has been created

There are some occasions where, while installing other apps from the marketplace in the browser UI, traefik gets included since it is pre-selected when loading the marketplace list in the web ui. If the cluster has already been created, there will likely already be an ingress controller (from marketplace or not), so pre-selecting traefik after the creation means I have to manually de-select it every time from the browser. I think it can be selected while creating the cluster, but if it is not installed by choice when the cluster is created, there is no need to keep it pre-selected.
