provide delete option for applications, possibly separate the application list in a catalog page.

currently once the application is installed, there is no option in the ui to delete it. This can be added. Once the number of marketplace apps grow, it will be better to keep them inside a catalog page, and let users see a separate list of installed apps (which they can configure).
