Couldn't Connect to SD Instance...

I signed up for the paid membership and was really looking forward to using this since I'm now running SD locally but every time I try to connect absolutely nothing happens. I added my link key, in settings, clicked apply settings and still doesn't connect. I tried adding my CivitAI API key also but still no luck. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Someone asked me to show them this from the CMD window but never got back to me. Not sure if that helps..
