Update CTI Homepage

The Hero Section on the homepage needs to be redesigned to take up more space and showcase the benefits of the CTI.

  • [ ] Please find and share examples of exciting websites that showcase products and their features.
  • [ ] Create wireframes but still keep the existing sections of the homepage (Contributors, Trending Topic Tags and CTA).
  • [ ] High fidelity design for development handoff.

Shipra has provided an example of the hero section using icons to highlight features.

Next steps / Edits

  • [ ] Increase font weight or line weight for icons
  • [ ] Find another variation for "own your project". Consider something like celebration / trophy.
  • [ ] Find another variation for "make your project visible". Consider something related to SEO and visibility.
  • [ ] Also feel free to rearrange hero content in other layouts.

Hey Shipra, can you please update the text and icon for "Own Your Project" to "Community Owned Resources"?

After speaking with Bonnie, we felt that this statement provided more clarity vs. people owning their project (they own their project still regardless of whether they upload to us or not - the point was being that the Index API can be owned and used by anyone).
