Add Link type for commonly used social media

Overview

Have link validators for the social media platforms that are commonly used by these open source organizations and add those link types to Django.

• [ ] Create script to validate the URLs of the following platforms
  • [ ] Google Hangouts
  • [ ] Slack
  • [ ] [more coming]
• [ ] Update wiki that the process of adding new links requires a script to validate those links
