Is there anybody interested in migrating from 2.1 to 3.4 ? If yes, now is the moment to raise your hand. If there will be no interest until June 2025, I will close this topic.

Could you post here docker compose file with your configuration so that I can reproduce it?

The point is that I could test pmdump with configurations matching your setup.
