[UI] Thumnails too Small

Description

Conditions:

  • In two panels mode
  • one commander panel
  • one viewer opened
  • document in viewer has 22 pages (happens for larger docs i.e. number of pages >= 20)

The outcome is that thumbnails on side panel are too small - basically unusable.
