Offer additional zip compression for "Download" and backup command line utility

First of all, thanks for all your tremendous work and effort on this DMS project!

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Actions Menu -> Download as well as the backup command line utility result in a tarball with documents and directories etc included. tar is a not very common compression format for not that tech-savvy users, especially if they work on the Windows-side of life. In some cases, they need to install additional software to untar the tarball.

Describe the solution you'd like I would suggest to add a zip compression as an option if not as the default setting.
