This issue is obsolete. Papermerge 3 does not use ember for frontend anymore (switched to react).
Recursive folder import is available via [papermerge-cli import /path/to/some/folder](https://docs.papermerge.io/Command%20Line%20Utilities/cli.html#import-folders-documents) command line utility.

I don't understand your request. I've never heard of jbig2/pngquant. Could you please detail on jbig2/pngquant, specifically how can I enable them and why may that improve OCR output?
