neo-sma games not working

Try converting garou, it will ignore the neo-sma file which contains a part of the program rom.

Thanks for the report. Not sure when I'll be able to fix this. In case you aren't aware, you can use TerraOnion's NeoBuilder on MacOS or Linux via Wine. It has a command line mode too.

I'm no longer supporting commercial games with neosdconv. Please use TerraOnion's tool instead.
