Exporting trained Octree-GS model to Unity for fast VR rendering?

Hi, thank you for the great work on Octree-GS!

I’ve successfully trained a scene using your pipeline and it’s running well. I’m now exploring whether it’s possible to import the trained Octree-GS model into Unity, as I’m aiming to achieve fast rendering in a VR headset.

  • Is there any ongoing work or known approaches for integrating Octree-GS with Unity?

  • Are there any tools or formats (e.g., exporting to custom shaders or Unity plugins) that can help bring the splatting renderer into a Unity project?

  • ply Visualization Issue: I couldn’t open the .ply file produced by Octree-GS on postshot software, Is there something specific about the .ply file format your pipeline uses? Or do I need to convert it somehow before using standard visualization tools?

If there are any pointers, existing projects, or papers you recommend, I’d really appreciate it.
