pg_cron 1.5.0 cannot be found with postgresql v15 setup

Trying to use pg_cron 1.5.0 with postgresql v15, but failed with finding pg_cron

bash-3.2$ cat /private/tmp/pg_cron-test-20230208-6956-iw2t0m/log
2023-02-08 09:16:06.166 UTC [6991] FATAL:  could not access file "pg_cron": No such file or directory
2023-02-08 09:16:06.166 UTC [6991] LOG:  database system is shut down

This issue did not get resolved on homebrew side, for 1.5.0 release we just downgraded to use pg14
