Review internal search results for improvement

Review the common words that people use in our internal search bar, and see if the terms bring up the correct pages. If not, mix new phrases into the content to improve that.

This is a periodic review similar to #602

Craig noted in particular that he often wants to find "multi-shard query logging" and forgets the right keyword to find it, which happens to be "cross-shard."
