Use addressable-resolver ClusterRole to manage RBAC for Knative resources

Knative provides addressable-resolver cluster role to combine read access to all Knative sinks (brokers, trigger, subscriptions, channel, ...)

We should use this role and bind it to the YAKS operator instead of adding own roles and rolebindings as part of the CSV
