interlaced and reversed 3d setting has some lines with double height

Description of Issue

i saw another issue like this (it is closed but issue is still there) the first lines are ok, but then there are 2 lines for left eye and then it's interlaced and this goes on and on

(i stole images from #6007) this is what happens if i remove right/left eye

Expected Behavior

every even line should be for left / right and every odd line should be the opposite of the even line

Reproduction Steps

1. open a game
2. open configure
3. go to graphics
4. search for a stereoscopy section
5. set "stereoscopic 3d mode" to interlaced or reversed interlaced
6. set the depth slider to something higher than 0 (i suggest putting at 100 cause it's easier to see)
7. press ok
8. bug should happen
