1.0.0-0E Home Menu appears to be way, WAY more buggy than 11.17 one

Description of Issue

at least the menu sometimes works lol

Well, sometimes banners make the menu hang entierly (and stopping emulation sometimes crashes Citra), the photo app appears 2 times for some reason (the first one is actually system settings LMFAO), opening apps 9/10 crashes the emulator, applets does not work.

Exiting the ""photo app"" (the bugged system settings) puts the menu in software suspended mode while there is no suspended software?????

Expected Behavior

It should be less bugged and as stable as 11.17 one, here is my order of priority to fix issues:

1. Fix application launching being very, VERY buggy
2. Fix applets
3. Fix banner hanging the menu
4. Fix the bugged photo app (system settings replica???)

Reproduction Steps

1. Install 1.0.0-0E firmware (from some kind of website)
2. Run the Home Menu
3. Explore the menu, open apps and do things
