Incorrect Icon Theme with KDE

The filepicker in popular Linux desktop environment KDE Plasma's dark mode doesn't use the right icon theme. It still uses the light theme icons, which are nearly (or completely) invisible in dark mode. For reference, this is how it looks with Dolphin:

Seems this issue is present with all icons in the app, not just the filepicker. For instance, the "Ok" and "Annuler" (Cancel in French) buttons in the screenshot above are meant to have icons next to them which are both invisible because of the incorrect icon theme. They're only briefly visible when the option is clicked on and the button changes color. As an unrelated issue, the "alternate speed" option appears to be completely broken. Changing the regular speed works fine tho. May open another issue for that later on.
