Tomodachi Life camera flickers when in use

Using the camera in Tomodachi Life results in an image that flickers back and forth every frame between the current image and a previous image. The same bug occurs regardless if a webcam or an image file is used. The result is very epilepsy inducing and makes the camera practically unusable. I have tried this on two different computers with two different hardware specs and webcams and get the same result.

@autumnburra after testing on discord confirmed that this issue has been present ever since the camera started functioning for Tomodachi Life after https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/pull/5116 was merged. So at least we know it isn't a regression.

First post, so I apologise profusely for any missteps in reporting.

I've attached my own log file - I hope it is useful.

Things I've tried:

• Configuring front camera to use webcam, rear camera is set to blank
• The opposite of the above
• Trying with no flip and horizontal flip
• Hooking up with DroidCam - the camera is detected, but is blank. (Likely a completely separate issue).

I did try to use still image as well to scan the QR code, but I can't get the image dimensions right because I suck. citra_log.txt
