Tekken 3D sounds issues

In the main menu, there are button sound effect and background music. After entering the character selection interface, the background music still exists, but the key sound effect disappears, and then voice is always absent. After entering the game, there is background music, but there is no voice and hit sound effect. Note that the background music always seems OK.
