No settings for configuring automatic updates

As described. No options for configuring the automatic updates exist in the GUI.

@Icekhaos They are separate programs entirely. I don't actually make any changes to citra with the updater program. Eventually I'd like to integrate it more, and perhaps change the update provider as well, but we'll see how that goes in testing first. Theres just too many things that I dislike about how bleeding edge currently works to want to continue making the updater better :)
