The Cheats UI should be ported to Android

From a users perspective, I want to be able to edit and select cheat files from within the Citra UI. Functionality-wise it should be just as complete as the Desktop version.

Still waiting on this feature, it's been over a month, I hope the devs including yourself @FearlessTobi could probably make a very basic note-editor like cheat section soon similar to the Zhang Wei Citra

I feel that this can also help us to improve performance. It's been two months since the request, let's hope the developers work on this.
