Installing cia crashes on Android 11

Installing a cia on Android 11 seems to crash the emulator with the game left in a broken state and unplayable. First citra_log is the installation and second citra_log is attempting to launch the game resulting in a crash. Installing the cia on the PC emulator then copied the files over to my phone and it runs perfectly, seems like Android 11 broke something. My device is a OnePlus 7T Pro with microg4lineageos 18.1 20210508.
