It seems that the address has changed and since it may change again soon and it will make the list more crowded and of course this is not a list of blocked sites I think it is better not to add it to the list. But you can still ask your friends to test this address using the OONI mobile app.

I've tested the website and it's blocked. but they are constantly changing the address. ashrar.net also redirects to zedeashrar.net
