Intel Luna/Arrow Lake - Start Issues - Allocation failure during service initialization.

What happened?

There is an issue with RedM/FiveM when starting the Rockstar Launcher on the following generations of Intel CPUs:

  • Intel Arrow Lake
  • Intel Luna Lake

New security measures implemented by Intel and Windows cause RedM to fail connecting to the Rockstar Social Club Launcher, resulting in service timeouts and allocation errors.

The affected system was:

  • Windows 11 25H2 ( newest Updates - freshley installed )

  • Default Windows Defender and Firewall settings

  • Intel Core Ultra 5 245K (6P + 8E / 14T, 4.20–5.20GHz)

  • ASUS TUF Gaming Z890-Plus WIFI

  • GIGABYTE Radeon RX 9060 XT Gaming OC 16G

  • 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30 Kingston FURY Beast

Additional information

There is a Workaround which is semi working

  1. PTT in bios disabled
  2. HVCI (Memory Integrity) disabled
  3. Device Guard disabled
  4. Hypervisor and VSM disabled
  5. Rockstar Games Library under Services on Manual with User Logon instead System. ( Maybe disable security feature for empty passwords "Google" )
  6. Starting RedM
  7. Kill Rockstar Games "Launcher" while starting
  8. Manually start rockstar games launcher instead of letting it start automaticly

============================================= This is not a 100% solution cause it some cases its still fails, but it takes mostly 3 tries instead of 30 or more tries to get RedM running
