Players keep recreating peds from client even tho its disabled
What happened?
I spawn peds via onesync but my players trigger the enttiyCreating event for themselves when they leave bucket and enter the same bucket again.
So basically my whole server gets banned because fivem keeps recreating entities from the clientside, even tho it shouldnt and its documented never.

Spawn ped from server. Leave bucket, rejoin. entityCreating should be called (sometimes).
It currently bans our whole server.

I tried fixing it with whitrelisting the entity by entityid on server, also I added a statebag to check for. BOTH DONT work. The entity should never get recreated by client IN ANY CASE.
The same is btw happening for vehicles since years too which makes creating an anticheat which actually does shit and is not some encrypted huge shit code that doesnt detect anyone.
