This is happening to me too! I try to open the game and before the server list shows up or a second after it will crash with that exact error. The game was working perfectly yesterday and I made no changes to the game or even my computer. I tried reinstalling FiveM and it does the same thing.

I tried to open fivem today, noticed there was a gta5 and fivem update, but the same crash still happens. I'll keep an eye on this please let me know if I can do anything more to help.

I am still getting the same crash like the adhesive error but the first error signature is different now(0x2190c3). Before it was the exact same as OP. Here is my latest crash log https://easyupload.io/z3pawe

Detail though, my crash title is a different hex: 0x2190c3 First the canary version crashed for me, then I managed to stay with the production version for a couple weeks like 1-2. Moved fivem executable location, still worked fine. Now without windows updates nor any new applications it's giving me issues. Crashes as soon as the main menu pops up if it even get's that far. Tried to force a specific build and production branch, didn't change much.

Don't have the specific mic that people are having issues with. Checked tmp / temp (all variants of caching) and cleaned those. Ran anti virus, without anti virus. Checked Nvidia overlay (was already disabled) Checked cortex game overlay (was enabled, never saw it in FiveM just still disabled it to be sure) Updated windows, no change. Updated GPU drivers, no change (RTX 3060) Disabled anything that could potentionally generate a screen overlay. (Even ran without steam) Verified file integrity via SC launcher. It updated about 1gb just before that. Disabled anything in OpenIV that could potentionally cause interference with the base game. (Removed mods folder, any remaining editing files, and disabled ASI Loader + OpenIV.ASI) Reinstalled GTA5.

Nothing works as of right now. More specs incase it's relevant: Ryzen 7 5800X, Gigabyte RTX 3060 (12GB Variant), 32GB DDR4 of corsair vengance series, running both a WD Blue SN570 and Samsung SD 980 M.2 modules, B550 Tomahawk mb.

It seems to be fixed! Goto fivem files and edit CitizenFX.ini. Under the line "[Game]" update/add the following line without quotes "UpdateChannel=canary"

Can confirm, ran it to be sure on these pre-set CitizenFX.ini settings: [Game] IVPath=D:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V Legacy SavedBuildNumber=2802 UpdateChannel=canary DisableNVSP=0 DisableOSVersionCheck=0 PoolSizesIncrease= ReplaceExecutable=0

Then followed up by joining my server which forced the client to switch to 3407 and joined without issues. To clarify I did not add the PoolSizesIncrease nor ReplaceExecutable. These 2 entries are added by the client itself.

I saw the same topic. I have GoXLR, but that would be less than ideal if that were causing the issues. Maybe sometime soon I will try and delete apps one by one.

luekach avatar Mar 27 '25 23:03 luekach

I also saw about this topic with the shure software, but I also don't have a shure microphone or any microphone software.
