feat(docs): added new language for fivem

Goal of this PR I am doing this PR, because we want to help FiveM and players from Ukraine to use the launcher in the national language.

How is this PR achieving the goal

  • this will help more players switch to fivem from ragemp
  • it will help players with poor English skills to use the launcher with pleasure
