What happened?

Recently, we encountered cheaters using a new crasher with significant potential.

Players are disconnected with the following error: or:

After ~10 players are disconnected, the cheater is disconnected with the following reason: Game crashed: Decorator Pool Full, Size == 1500

Additional information

The cheater doesn't need to be close to or visible to the victims; the distance between them is usually greater than 200. There's no triggering of entityCreating by the cheater. Our servers don't use any natives related to Decorator DECOR_* The cheater apparently just stands still, outside of vehicles, and without executing any animations.

fyi, bumping gamebuild to >=3095 solves it.
