Some resources have an outdated resource manifest: 一 baseeverts 一 sessionmanager Show my resources expired!!! seek help

change to fxmanifest from __resource.lua

Or just update your cfx-server-data. This was fixed in https://github.com/citizenfx/cfx-server-data/commit/c3c0763c0b355fb7c1affee8fbfdf389fbceb2a0
