Chicago: CMOS17 Full Note bibliography sorting

I'm experiencing a problem with how CMOS17 (full note) sorts entries in the bibliography. Also referenced here in the Zotero forum.

From what I can tell, sources with no author (especially web sources, but probably other source types) are displaying the container title first, which is correct, but they're sorting by item title.

Thanks. The volume on the forum seems to have increased exponentially from what I was used to prior to Zotero 6, so I wanted to make sure this got some eyeballs.
