Missing labels for number variables

A label for part-number or supplement-number via <label variable="supplement-number"/> returns an empty result. The locales to not provide any text for these, but adding <term form="short" name="part-number"> or similar produces a validation error. Am I missing something, or does this require a change to the schema?

(@bwiernik this touches on APA – I will be submitting a workaround using the part and supplement terms if there isn't a solution that I am missing.)

The term names are incorrect and need to be fixed in 1.0.3
