Extend "name-as-sort-order" with all-but-last option

At least two unrelated journals, Bioscene and the African Journal of Food, Agriculture, Nutrition and Development, use the following name formatting:

  1. Gardner MN, Halweil AO and JM Nono
  2. Spencer N

We could support this by adding an "all-except-last" or "all-but-last" option to the "name-as-sort-order" attribute.
