[WIP] Create AME publishing dependent journals

I need to thoroughly check this, but in general they only provide one style for all journals. But as we have a bunch of them as dependents and they specify vancouver-superscript I want to check them. They would just then get overwritten with this PR, correct?

@adam3smith Are additional steps necessary to produce the dependent styles after this PR is merged?

Yes, the .rb script needs to get run for each PR. I can do that
