Hi,

I'm getting the following error when trying to use the tool: "Error: Could not extract or decrypt your backup."

What could be the reason? iTunes forced me to enter a password while backup.

OS version: macOS Sierra 10.12.2 iTunes version: 12.5.4.42 Device: iPad Air
