Backslash escaping issue in MDsveX

No need for double backslashes, can you revert that? Otherwise, very nice, much appreciated! :)

I just foud about this issue (https://github.com/pngwn/MDsveX/issues/524) after testing /^\d+$/ in another markdown editor. It was supposed to work as is indeed as you can see right now on GH!

Keep a look at it or maybe leave a note in the code somewhere until it is fixed?
