std:bad_alloc in decode of CmdLineExampe.sh and run_compression_on_test_movies.sh

Hi, developer, Thanks for you great attribution. I have tried to run your code in Ubuntu20 and get some errors. I meet "std::bad_alloc" when I run CmdExample.sh and the error is called by decode. When I try to test recompression, I also met this problem.

    I am not sure what causes this problem. Thanks if you cna give me any suggestion.

1. Could you please show the content in CmdLineExampe.sh or run_compression_on_test_movies.sh?
2. If there exist the same problem if you switch a different ubuntu version like 16.04?
