build solution with visual studio 2015

I downloaded your code to my computer.but when i build solution, visual studio 2015 Pop up a prompt box

Unable to start the program E:\openh264\codec\build\win32\enc.........\bin\Win32\Debug\WelsEncCore.lib The system cannot find the file specified

I can't find this file in the debug too. Is this file generated automatically? Can you help me resolve this problem. Thanks in advance!

is this issue still existing? In my opinion, it supports visual studio.
