Update Information About Required Tests for Branch Protection Configurations

🐛 Summary

The current information in branch-protection.md about configuring required tests in branch protection settings no longer reflects the GitHub UI. The description should be updated to reflect that you must now search for tests to add them. Previously a list of tests was presented and you could check/uncheck for required tests.
