Unable to do an assessment on custom modules

Open JeffLoisel opened this issue 7 months ago • 0 comments

##I'm running version 12.0.3.2, local installation. I'm trying to create a new module to add a 10 questions assessment. I've tried using both the "Import Modules" and the "Module Builder" features to create new modules and it seems to work (the modules are available when I go back in Module Builder, I can edit them, export and import them). But the modules are not available when creating a "New Assessment". They dont show in the list of available modules and they don't show when searching by name.

To Reproduce

Create a module using "Module Builder" and/or export an existing module using the "Import Modules" feature, change a couple of elements such as the name, import the module and try to launch an assessment using the newly created module.

Expected behavior

The newly created module to be available for assessment.

Any helpful log output

Not sure if there is logging available for this that would help troubleshoot. I know the "Import Modules" feature is a bit rough to work with giving warnings and errors in JSON even for already existing modules, but using XML I get the "The module was imported successfully!" message wen importing and the new created modules appears in the Module Builder's "home" screen where I could clone and/or delete the module.
