11.5.0.0 export of assessment based on own module not working

To Reproduce

• build own module (no question list needed)

• start assessment based on this module

• try to export assessment --> error 500

• tried uninstall / new installation

• tried installation and running with admin rights

• tried with 10.2.0.0 --> working as expected

Expected behavior

export assessment as *.csetw

Any helpful log output
