🐛 Bug Report

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce

  • build own module (no question list needed)

  • try to open in "Import Modules" to load or export --> Access Denied image

  • tried uninstall / new installation

  • tried installation and running with admin rights

  • tried with 10.2.0.0 --> working as expected

Expected behavior

opening the module, so it can be exported

Any helpful log output
