Running the installer results in image

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download CSETStandAlone.exe
  2. Try to run on a system with MS Defender Enterprise installed and running

Expected behavior

Installer runs.

Any helpful log output

Windows Defender Antivirus Security intelligence version has been updated. Current security intelligence Version: 1.343.1095.0 Previous security intelligence Version: 1.343.1035.0 Security intelligence Type: AntiSpyware Update Type: Delta User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM Current Engine Version: 1.1.18300.4 Previous Engine Version: 1.1.18300.4

Suggestion: sign the binary with a MS-supported key.
