Following `0.10.0` release, `XarrayZarrRecipe` no longer exists, so closing.

Per conversation at today's coordination meeting, people felt it would be simpler to have a single tracking issue for appending, so closing this and directing further discussion to #447.

Perhaps this issue will resurface, but I have not heard concern about it lately (last comment here was 2 years ago), so closing this.

This issue relates to the pre-beam-refactor `XarrayZarrRecipe` which we are no longer developing, so closing. As an aside, I think the current `StoreToZarr` naming does a good job of addressing...
