Make "Settings" link in the account drop-down list clickable by middle mouse button

Expected Behavior

I want to open sections like "Settings" on cirrus-ci.com in new tabs by clicking via middle mouse button on them.

Real Behavior

Nothing.

I've changed the title because "Logout" can be a button and there is no benefit to open it in a new tab.
