Cirrus CI Computing Services: Azure documentation has wrong / outdated commands.

Expected Behavior

Able to follow the documentation smoothly.

Real Behavior

Azure documentation has wrong / outdated commands. The ones I encountered are:

1- az ad sp create-for-rbac --name CirrusCI --sdk-auth --scopes "/subscriptions/$SUBSCRIPTION_ID":

• This command can not be used without --role flag.
• --sdk-auth flag is deprecated and will be removed in the future release.

2- I tried to following the documentation by adding the --role "Storage Blob Data Contributor" to above command and followed other steps but the task hang up at the provisioning state more than 30 mins. Related task: https://cirrus-ci.com/task/4992268990414848
