How to hide my profile from the public list of members of a Meetup.com group?

They currently have the option Settings > Privacy > Show Meetup groups on profile, but even if I untick that, it only prevents showing the groups on my profile.

If you go to a group page, you can still see me on the list of users of that group, even if not logged in.

Is there a way to prevent that to help keep my location private, since the groups you care about largely show where you live?

It is OK for group admins to see me, but not other users.
