Different types of FETs

Suggest adding components for three-terminal FETs (MOSFETs and MESFETs) Also, four-terminal FETs. Samples: image

I have attempted to create some of these as I also want a plain old JFET (the two bottom left) for my circuits - but I can't fathom how to submit them to the library. Would best practice be to add them to the existing definition of "transistor" which currently contains BJTs and MOSFETs?
